Lisa Kudrow

My hero is Lisa Kudrow. She was born July 30th, 1963, in Encino, California. She graduated from William Howard Taft High School in 1981, then she attended Vassar College in New York where she majored in biology. When she graduated in 1985, she hoped to pursue a career in medical research and returned to Los Angeles to work with her father but later decided that she would rather follow her dream of being an actress. Althought she's not a dotor or a medical researcher she helps people in many ways. Through her comedic wit, she brings audiences around the world joy and laughter.

Lisa Kudrow is my hero because she is successful, she stands up for what she believes in, and she values family. She acted in a successful show called "Friends," making 1.8 million an episode. She has made many movies. She has won many awards for her acting. For example, in 2000, she won an American Comedy Award for Funniest Female Supporting Performer in a Television Series, and in 1998, she won an Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series.

Apart from her fame and success she also does lots of other great things. She does many advertisements for the Human Rights Association in the U.S. She also gets involved in animal rights protests which is something I think is very important. She has also sponsored a child from Africa.

Her values of family really impress me because I believe family is very important. One of the first things she did when she started making alot of money was she bought her mother and father a new house. When her grandmother became ill she payed all the medical bills. And she also bought her cousin a new house because the neighborhood she lived in at the time wasn't safe.

Lisa is successful. She values her family and she helps alot of people. She makes a really great role model and it would be awesome if I could grow up to be like her.
