Melissa De La Cruz

Most people think heroes have super powers and have secret identities but that is not all true. The real heroes are normal people that inspire others. So Susannah and I have chosen the writer Melissa De La Cruz as our hero because she has inspired us. She has written many teen novels that are best sellers. We have read the series Blue Bloods and thought it was great. There are four books in the series, and is about many different types of vampires that were cast out of heaven, with Lucifer, and have lived many lives.

Melissa De La Cruz is an American best-seller of teen novels. She was born September 7, 1971, in Manila, Philippines. She moved from Manila to San Francisco and finished school there. In high school, she majored in art history and English which lead to her book writing. Melissa is also a top notch expert on fashion and trends which makes her a big hit for E!, CNN, and Fox News.

The main reason we have chosen her is because she has inspired both of us to write our own stories. Her books have great adventures and romantic themes make reading them enjoyable for any reader. With our inspiration from her, we can make our stories more venturous. We think she could even be a good role model for a young writer in the beginning.

Any person who is at least a bit interested in romantic novels will enjoy this book and say it’s a ‘can’t put it down’ book. Melissa is a great writer for her many series and waiting for her next book is just mind boggling. Melissa is a fantastic author, so read her books; you’ll discover what we mean.
