Masashi Kishimoto and his popular manga and anime (Drawn by me) |
Masashi Kishimoto is a famous Japanese manga artist known for his popular series: Naruto. Masashi Kishimoto is my hero because of his amazing creativity and perseverance. He grew up drawing manga characters for fun. He didn't realize his dream to become a manga artist until he was in high school. His famous manga/anime Naruto has become one of my favorites and first manga and anime series I've ever read and watched. The storyline and amazing animation and drawings have inspired me to practice my own drawing skills to perhaps one day become a well-known manga/anime artist as well.
I was greatly moved by Masashi Kishimoto's quote on the Will of Fire because it inspired me to keep trying to draw even when I felt it was impossible for me to improve on my abilities in order to reach my dream of producing me own manga. It takes practice and time but as long as you don't give up, as long as you hold on to that will of fire, anything is possible.
Masashi's manga characters hold different traits of his own personality. He stated, "every character comes out of me, so every character has a bit of me inside them." His creativity is amazing and to know that they were created straight from himself, adding traits of his own personality and those of family and friends is incredible. It makes me feel like I can lose myself in my own creations just like he can lose himself in his. Creativity is a very important factor in his production of manga and anime. This trait of his is why I look up to him.
