Mrs. Day (Mrs. Day)

My hero is Mrs. Day because she taught me how to do long multiplication and long division. Mrs. Day did this in December 2008 and January 2009. She did this at Top of the World Elementary School in Laguna Beach, California. She has taught 3rd and 4th grade for 10 years. Mrs. Day drives 30 minutes from Tustin to Laguna Beach. She lives in Tustin with her husband and daughter. She likes softball and rock climbing. Her favorite place is Disneyland. Mrs. Day went to school at Cal State Fullerton doing a BA in Liberal Studies and a MS Credential at Cal State Long Beach. She got her Masters in Educational Technology at National University.

I chose Mrs. Day because she is a very caring, patient and understanding person. If you don't get something she will spend time with you until you get it. I also chose her because she taught me how to do things that seemed unteachable. She teaches in a way that you can understand it, no matter how hard the subject is. I couldn't have asked for a better teacher!
