Sir Paul McCartney

Nothing pleases me more than to go into a room and come out with a piece of music.

There are not many artists as successful as a man named Paul McCartney. He holds the Guinness record for the most successful musician of all time and has sold over 100 million singles and made 60 gold records. Paul has had 29 number one hits in America and 21 were with the Beatles. One of his songs “Yesterday” is the most covered song in all of history. McCartney has played over 3000 gigs and has played in front of the largest audience in history. Sir Paul McCartney has also been knighted by the Queen of England. If that’s not an accomplished life then I don’t know what is.

Paul McCartney was born on June 18th 1942 in Liverpool England. He has been noted for his musical talents but he is also recognized as a painter, poet, filmmaker, and an activist. Paul can play every single instrument you need in a band. That includes drums, guitar, bass, and he can sing very well too. To do that you need to be very committed and very persistent and Paul shows that.

Paul has basically everything you want in a hero. When you think of a hero you think of bravery, courage, strength, commitment, persistence, and many other important qualities. I believe Paul has all of them. He shows his courage and strength when he plays in front of a big audience. Especially since public speaking is the number I fear in the world.

I believe Paul McCartney is a hero within. I think this because he is a person who had a lot of difficult times in his life and has somehow made it through all of that to make amazing music and even play at the Superbowl. He has also shone this through his hard times as a young musician.

Paul McCartney is my hero because even though his life was hard in the beginning he has come back to become the best musician of all time. There are not many people who can say they had the most covered song in history. He also has the honor of bragging about how he is one of the few to be knighted by the Queen herself. Basically, he was the best musician in history.
