My hero is Paul Watson. He is the founder and president of The Sea Shepherd Conservation Society and Co-director of Green Peace Foundation. He is the captain of the ship, the Steve Irwin. And for almost 31 years Paul has been at the head of the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society. Paul was born in Toronto, Canada December 2, 1950. Paul has won many awards and commendations over the years.

He is a star in the show Whale Wars on Animal Planet. The Sea Shepherd crew owns two ships: the Steve Irwin and the Bob Barker. Paul has a wife and one child. Her name is Lilliolani Paula Lum Watson and was born in 1980. She is about 30 years old now.
