Patrick Kane is a professional hockey player who is currently playing on the Chicago Blackhawks. Patrick Kane was born on November 19, 1988. He grew up in Buffalo, New York. He is a hero because he has brightened the game and made it more fun to watch. He has also made many goals and assists.
Patrick Kane went to the St. Martin of tours school and played for the West Seneca Wings, Buffalo Regals, and Depew Saints. When Patrick Kane was fourteen he went to Michigan where he lived with a former NHL player Pat Verbeek. Pat Verbeek convinced Patrick Kane to play for the honeybaked AAA hockey club. His career with Honeybaked lasted for three years.
Kane has made a bunch of amazing goals and assists and has won a lot of medals. Kane was on the USA hockey team in the 2010 Olympics and helped the team to victory by winning the siver medal. He also won NHL Rookie of the Month when he first started playing. He then won the Calder memorial trophy for best Rookie of the Year right above teammate Jonathan Toews (who now is the team captain of the Chicago Blackhawks).
Patrick Kane is a hero because he has made many assists and goals and has helped the Chicago Blackhawks to the 2010 NHL Stanley Cup Finals. If I could meet him I would ask him what it's like to play hockey. I would also ask him what his favorite part about hockey is and what it's like when he's out on the ice during a game. Patrick Kane is my hero because he has changed hockey and made it more fun to watch. Patrick Kane is a great player.
