My heroes are my parents because they turned down drugs when their friends were taking drugs. Even if they have a lot of work they still do stuff with me. Sometimes they turn down good things so they can spend time with me. They donate time with me and inspire me. They do other things as well. That is why they are my heroes.

One day I was playing football and I fell and sprand my ankle. When I got home my parents wrapped it in ice. They helped me get every thing I needed. Whenever I need them they are their for me. When I want to play a sport that they don't want me to play they still let me play it and they inspire me to do good.
