Rodrigo A. Bueno

by Ornella from Buenos Aires, Argentina

Rodrigo Alejandro Bueno was born on 24 May, 1973 in Cordoba, Argentina. His family always loved Quartet music. The music always was fundamental in the life of them. His mother was a friend of a very famous singer called "La Mona Gimenez" and always she was going to the dances of the singer.

The first time he appeared on tv was at the age of 2 years old, in a program called "Party of the Quartet" with his famous singer called "La Mona Gimenez." He left the school when he was in 7th grade and then he never returned because he dedicated himself to his career in music.

Rodrigo made his first CD at the age of fifteen. A month later, he came to Buenos Aires to remain. First of all, he made his second CD with his father, and he became more popular in the capital. One year later, his father died in his arms from a cardiac problem.

In 1995, he signed with Sony Music and he recorded a new CD, which didn't have much success. So in 1996, he made his first success called " The best of love". A year later, Rodrigo had a son with Patricia Pacheco on July 3. Months later, he recorded a new CD which became a GOLD CD.

Bueno has another dream: to meet a certain famous person. His name was Diego A. Maradona. So, Rodrigo made his dream real and sang with him on one of his recitals. He also made him a song called, "The Hand of God".

Rodrigo Bueno died in June 24, 2000, when he was twenty-seven. He is still popular now.Wwe always sing and dance his songs because he became one of the most successful artists of the genre, the Quartet.

I believe that his music was very original and funny! I really miss him because i love him and his career.

Well, thank you if you read this -- and see you :)
