Russell Harvard was born on April 16, 1981 at Pasadena, Texas. Henry and Kay Harvard are Russell's parents. Russell has one brother- Renny Harvard.

Russell began to act when he was a young adult. He first fell in love with acting when he saw his cousin act in the Wizard Of Oz movie. Russell was prompted by one of his professors, Angela V. Farrand, to submit a photo and resume to casting agents seeking a deaf actor for the film There Will Be Blood and after sending a photo and resume, he received an audition and won the role for There Will Be Blood movie. Russell completed his bachelor degree in Theatre Arts in 2008.

I selected him as my hero because of his persuasion himself to be success in his dream - acting. It led him to earn some major accomplishments - landing some major roles in movies and television shows.
