My Hero, A mother, A sister & a wife. You are loved by all of us. You are effective. You are strong. As much as you deny it, you are beautiful inside and out. To me you are perfect. I appreciate you every day.

My hero is my mom. She may not be calm at times and understanding. She is always herself no matter what others may say. She stands by her beliefs. She is honest and sweet. She is beautiful in my eyes. She also has to have a few flaws of course, because i think that is what adds to her character. Not all heroes wear capes and fight villains, most heroes go through different obstacles in life.

The things that make my mom my hero is support, honesty and bravery. She has faced many obstacles in her life. From having 3 kids and finishing her schooling to become a nurse and put food on the table for us. We weren't rich, no one is, but my mother had the money to give us a roof over our heads and have warm food for us to eat. She now has a newborn baby and struggled with 2 jobs to be able to afford clothing and food for us and is maintaining all of us. At a point in time she didn't have enough money to spend on us for Christmas but that's okay because we understood it wasn't easy. She is a very supportive mother. She took me and my 2 siblings when we had practice, even after a long day at work, and rushed to get us there on time. She still manages to handle all of us even through the rough times. This is what makes my mom a hero

My mother was born in Mexico. She came to the United States with my grandma and stayed with her 2 sisters. She arrived here in 1982 when she was 4 years old. Almost 34 years ago. My mother came to the United States to go to school here and study to become a nurse. She graduated from Huntington Beach High School in 1998. Back in the day they didn't use airplanes to arrive here because it was too much money for them so she arrived on a bus and took 3 nights and 2 days. She now lives in a house in Menifee, California, with her 4 kids and has 2 jobs as a nurse. One at a medical center hospital and her second job in a nursing home.

My hero is important to me. She helps others and she never gave up. She never judges anyone or cared whether a person was hungry, homeless or whether they had a disease. She will always find the time to help someone. My mother wants the best for everyone. What counts the most is what's inside. My hero, my mother, has a big heart for everyone with hate or without. She is the reason why I am who I am. She helped me grow. She is a supportive mother.

I would like to follow into my mother's footsteps because she has taught me a lot. She has taught me to become successful in life and in school. She has helped me grow and develop into who i am now. She has always been there for any type of support i may need. Many heroes are only defined in the eyes of one individual like mothers. Should that make them any less heroic? Of course not. In the future i want someone to be able to look up to me the same way i have looked up to my mother for her to become my hero. Not every hero has to be someone big in the world. They may just be someone special in your heart.
