My hero is Robert Pierce. He was born October 8, 1914. Died 1978. He moved with his family to Southern Californian in the mid 1920s.

Robert Pierce is the founder of World Vision. In 1950 Bob Pierce started World Vision. World Vision helps kids in need of a family. World Vision was founded in 1950. World Vision helps nearly 1,000 kids a year by giving shelter.

Bob Pierce is a difference maker in the world. It is important because he helped 1,000,000 kids.
