Reggie Bush

My hero is a big football star, Reggie Bush. He is the running back for the Saints. Reggie has donated to all kinds of charities, sports, cancer and lots of others. He was born in 1985 and is going to start the 2009 season for the Saints. He was born in San Diego, CA. Reggie is my hero because he plays halfback and donates to all kinds of charities. I want to play halfback for the Saints like Reggie Bush.

Reggie Bush was born in San Diego, CA on March 2, 1985 and is 6-0 tall. In Reggie Bush�s 2008 season he hurt his ankle and didn�t play much. So all he got was 106 carries, 404 Yards total and an average of 3.8, which isn�t very much, and 2 touchdowns. "But," he says "I'm going to be perfect to play for the 2009 NFL season."

Reggie Bush played for the University of Southern California from 1999 to 2004. He made 8 Receiving touchdowns and 12 Rushing touchdowns. He helped the USC Trojans win the Championship. Reggie was named 2003-2004 USC MVP.

In 2005 Reggie Bush Won the Heisman Trophy with 6,526 Total yards. Reggie Bush was drafted in Round 1, Pick 2 in September. Reggie was drafted to the Saints in 2006 as running back. Now Reggie Bush has been playing for five years. Reggie Bush can play punt return, wide receiver, running back and tailback. Reggie Bush made the winning touchdown for the Saints to go to the playoffs but they didn't go to the Superbowl.

Reggie has helped two big charities including Play 60, a big sports program for kids who can�t afford to play sports like pop Warner; Reggie has also donated to St. Jude Children's Hospital. . Reggie Bush and Kim Kardasian put their cars up for bid on eBay for charities. Reggie had a shiny black Mercedes shark and Kim had a silver Range Rover. Shaquille O'Neal and Reggie Bush hosted and played in a big charity event called big bash Billiards and Reggie won $250,000 for the charity of his choice. Reggie is a hero because during the devastation of hurricane Katrina, Reggie, along with the Saints, donated 26.3 million dollars. Reggie and 7 other famous stars helped rebuild houses. Others helped hand out food and other supplies. He started a campaign to make more people donate to the Katrina devastation. Now he has more than 323,519 people donating to Katrina.
