Reno Smith

Reno Smith is my hero because he inspired me a lot! One thing that really inspired me was when I heard my dad did concerts at places. I loved producing with him too. When he let me sing in the studio, it brought me really close to him. The first time I got to go to the studio, I was so amazed. There were lots of buttons and noises, and in my head just wondered “What does these buttons do?” When I sang in the mic, all I could hear was the echoing of my voice going through the walls. I will never forget that moment with my dad.

One of the things he taught me was to be a leader. He taught me not to be a follower. I think my dad is a leader, because he is leading me and my two little sisters to where we need to be. My dad is a leader to himself, like everybody else should be. He led himself where he is right now.

My dad is a sacrificer too. He sacrificed time, music, stuff he wanted like a big house and more. He sacrificed all of it because he loves me and my sisters, he cares about us and he wants us to grow up and have wonderful lives.

My dad has lots of courage. He has lots of courage because he took the chance to go out on the stage and give it all he has. Once he got out there, he knew it didn’t seem so bad. If he messed up, he had the courage to just keep going and not worry about what the mistake was.

The person my dad really has confidence in is his brother and himself. The reason why he has confidence in his brother is because, he always was there for him. The reason why he has confidence in himself is because, if he was alone and needed help, he had the confidence to get himself out the situation himself.

Timeline of Reno Smith

1969- Reno Smith was born in February.
1984- Began to DJ at different places.
1985- He met this beautiful girl in high school named Audrey Smith.
1989- Bought a lovely home to raise a beautiful family in.
1991-He went through high school and 3 years of college with his girlfriend then proposed to her in November.
1992-He and his fiancé got married in the backyard of their lovely home in the summer.
1994- Began to do a rapping career.
1995- He had his 1st child and her name is Kenya Auriel Smith.
2001- He had his 2nd little girl named Aaliyah Evelyn Smith.
2002- He had his 3rd and final little girl Sanai Georgia Ceniece Smith.
2003- He moved his family to a little apartment in Glen Ellyn.
2005- He moved his family to Romeoville and that’s where his life is now so far.
