Ruffian is my true hero, he is strong willed, loving, caring and a well trained dog. Ruffian has completed 24 weeks of training and has passed his CGC. The CGC is the Canine Good Citizen test. This shows that he is well behaved. Having his CGC allows him to enter hospitals where he can visit adults and children who are sick. Ruffian loves children and can tell when they are sad or sick.

Ruffian is not only a hero to others, but he is a hero to me. He makes me happy when I am sad, he makes me laugh when I cry, and makes me feel good as new when I am sick. Ruffian (aka Ruff) is not a hero like Superman, The Hulk, Spider-man or any other super hero but he is an everyday hero, not only to me but to anyone who gets the chance to meet him.
