Have you ever had the presence of a father figure? Well let me tell you, having a father or a father-like figure having your back and supporting you for what you decide to do in your life is a good feeling. Saed Akhtari is a man that uses his plentiful attributes to fulfill that job. I was first introduced to my father as a child when I was born (of course) and instantly felt at home with his presence because of his openness and kindness toward me and others. A few attributes that my father has that I look up to include his kindness, humility, sense of humor, devotion, and loyalty. As a high school student in 9th grade, I would like to take the attributes that he has, such as hard work and humility, and implement them into my own life.

The Occupational Outlook Handbook states that the median pay of sales managers in 2015 was about $113,860 a year, which is equivalent to $54.74 an hour. To be eligible for entry for this career, one must have the minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. No on the job training is required."Sales managers set sales goals, analyze data, and develop training programs for organizations' sales representatives." The job outlook is predicted to grow about 5% which is an average acceleration rate. There are not any recent developments in sales management. Careers that are similar to Sales Management include advertising sales agents, market research analysts, etc.

Saed Akhtari did not get to where he is by wasting time in his childhood. He had many attributes and traits that carried him on his way to success. As a child, Saed Akhtari was extremely hard working, just as he is right now. Taking academics seriously while at the same time competing in cycling races showed his perseverance and hard work which carried on from his childhood to his adulthood. After leaving Iran between age 16-17, Saed was on his own, with no financial aid. Making use of his excellent traits, he went to finish school at The University of Utah, while learning to adapt to a brand new country, and found himself with a Business Degree. After working for a Car Dealership for a bit, he was given a pay raise and the title of manager. After moving around a few times, he is currently working in a local Auto Center, where he happily holds the title of a Sales Manager.

Aside from working a successful job, Saed Akhtari also contributes to society. One way that he does this is through his job, where he helps supply people with cars through astonishing deals, which lets them happily reach any destination that they please. Another contribution that he makes to society is by raising a family with the help of his wife, Sara Moulana. Both of them raise three children, which are all heading for success through athletic and academic achievement. A quote that symbolizes the effort that Saed Akhtari puts on raising a family is, "Raising children uses every bit of your being - your heart, your time, your patience, your foresight, your intuition to protect them, and you have to use all of this while trying to figure out how to discipline them."- Nicole Ari Parker.

To be as great as my personal career hero, I will need to succeed in everything I do, including academics and my personal life. To do this, I will need to set goals for myself to achieve. For high school, goal that I will set for myself are getting a GPA over 4.0, being the varsity team for water polo, and giving back to the community to earn community service hours. For college, some goals that I will set for myself are to get into a prestigious university like Harvard or UCLA. Gaining entrance to those type of colleges and being successful in them are crucial to be as great a man as Saed Akhtari. For my general life goals, I will make it a priority to be kind to those around me, keep a good mental and physical condition, and work hard and take pride in whatever that I do. By doing all the tasks and accomplishing all these goals, I will be able to be just like my personal career hero Saed Akhtari, happy and successful.
