Sherlock Holmes

Hello. My name is Ilya. I'm from Belarus and I live in the beautiful city of Brest. I've been thinking about who I write my story and decided to write not about this man, and the fictional character Arthur Conan Doyle, although I'm sure that such people exist in real life. My hero - Sherlock Holmes. I always admired his intelligence and wit. His ability to find the slightest evidence and disclose the treacherous and complicated crimes has always impressed me.

Little is known about his biography. Some people believe that he was born in 1854, some in 1850, but nobody knows. In the stories says little about his personal life, however, it is mentioned in the stories about his parents  who were provincial landowners. Just mentioned his brother, Mycroft Holmes, who worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and regularly participated in some way in solving crimes. Sherlock himself worked as a private detective, to which repeatedly addressed the London police to the fact that it helped them to discover another terrible and complicated crime. He was the most famous detective in England, or even worldwide. Accessed frequently for help to senior ranks, and sometimes rulers' states. He had only one friend - John Watson. John began working as a doctor, after returning from the war. As he said Sherlock Holmes, Watson was an amazing person and was endowed with great talent - he could remain silent. Recognized even today a man who knows how to be silent, as though it may sound strange, very rare and valuable. However, my story is of Sherlock Holmes, so I'll go back to the main idea of the story. Sherlock Holmes has always disclosed any offense and in only four crimes he could not disclose them, 3 times he was outwitted by men and by a woman once. That's nothing compared to how many crimes he revealed. I always liked how he could tell by the dried mud on the shoes to tell where he came from this man or tan in color to determine where this man was sunbathing. But there is one drawback, which I do not like Sherlock Holmes - he is an avid addict.

I advise everyone to read a book about him and his life. Also interesting is a series based on the works, which now goes on TV. Despite the fact that it has been translated in a modern way, and you can not enjoy the atmosphere of 19th century England, it clearly shows the methods of crime investigation, which enjoyed Sherlock Holmes. Now I finished reading a book about Sherlock Holmes. And I'm sorry that when I finish reading it, you no longer recognize new stories about him.
