My name is Areen Najeeb. I am a student at Shu'fat basic school for girls in East Jerusalem.
My hero is my dear principal of my school, Miss Suzan El-Khatib.
She is a dedicated principal who provides help and support to all students at my school.
Miss EL-Khatib empowers all students to ask questions and find answers through learning circles.
She inspires all students to believe in themselves and to love and respect educators.
She encourages us to use technology to help us to connect with our peers around the world to build empathy and tolerance.
She is much beloved by us for her genuine commitment.
I consider Miss Suzan El-Khatib as my hero for her patience and ability to inspire us with all the love and excitement for learning.
