Introduction: Smosh is a YouTube channel composition by Anthony Padilla and Ian Hecox. The franchise began when Anthony Padilla built a website in 2002, the name "Smosh" came from Anthony's friend when he tried to explain the word "mosh pit" to Anthony but he heard the word "smosh pit". After that, his friend Ian Hecox joined the venture. They first met in their sixth grade science class. And then they discovered their knack for comedy. In 2005, Smosh joined YouTube and made some videos together. "Pokemon Theme Music Video," is one of their videos. Video content has the duo lip-synching the original English theme song for the Pokemon anime. The video instantly gained over 24 million views, becoming the most-viewed video on YouTube at that time. That video led to Smosh being featured in the "Person of the Year: You" issue of Time Magazine in 2006. Few years later, Smosh began to diversify. They started making short YouTube skits, like their annual video series Food Battle and That Damn Neighbor. Smosh continued to grow in popularity and became one of the most subscribed channels on YouTube. Some of Smosh's most popular video series include Pokemon in Real Life, if (____) was real and once-a-year Food Battle. In 2011, Smosh was acquired by Alloy Digital (now Defy Media). January 2013, the Smosh channel surpassed Ray William Johnson in subscribers. They also started an Indiegogo campaign for an iOS and PC game, Food Battle: The Game. In 2014, Smosh's subscription was exceeded by Pewdiepie. And now their subscription is the seven of the world.

Birth, family and early life: Anthony Padilla born in 1987 September 16, his mom and dad broke up when he was two, he meets Ian on the science in six grades they soon became friends. The channel started because he got Henoch-Schonlein purpura. It's so uncomfortable that he even couldn't go to school, he get bored when he was at home so he started to learn computer programming and made out "smosh.com" it soon became very popular in school, after a few months he make a first video with Ian . Ian Andrew Hecox born in 1987 November 30, he was 2½ months younger than Anthony. Ian was in a relationship with Melanie Moat from 2007 to September 2014. On September 11, 2015 he started dating Playmate Pamela Horton, but he still broke up soon. Ian is often portrayed as dim-witted, ignorant, gullible, happy-go-lucky, and/or childish in the video, actually in the really life he's even smart than Anthony.
