Tyra Banks

Finally the limelight is on Tyra Banks. When Tyra was 11 years old she used to get teased a lot. People used to call her skinny and tall, she would smile and then run into her room to cry. Also when she was 6 years old her mom and dad divorced. As you can see she did not have the brightest life in the world. When she got older, about 17, she went into the modeling agency in LA. There was a problem. The modeling agency was for the market for black models and it was not very good. When she was on the catwalk she would shake her ankles and bend her knees she was so scared. Tyra Banks had a pretty challenging life.

Tyra Banks attended John Burroughs Middle school. Also she graduated from Immaculate Heart high school in 1991. She also went to school in Rosemore middle school. She went to a modeling agency in New York City. As you can see Tyra Banks only went to 3 schools!

It all started out as Tyra Banks going to the modeling agency in New York City. When she got on stage she would shake a lot. Tyra got better over the years. When she tried again in a different modeling agency she was amazing she would not shake at all. As you know it people loved her. She made it on NOTHING BUT BIKINIS! Tya Banks rose to fame really quick.

Tyra Banks had a few trials and tribulations. Like when Tyra Banks was in school she got teased because of her height and how skinny she was. People used to call her beanpole and ugly duckling. Also she faced a hard thing. Tyra Bank's mom and dad divorced when she was sick. That is all her trials and tribulations.

Tyra Banks has won a whole bunch of awards. Tyra Banks won a award for the most beautiful twice, for People Magazine. Also she won an award for the supermodel of the year. The other awards she won was best dressed. The last award was the most beautiful afro. That is all of the awards she won.
