Tyra Lynne Banks born Dec. 4 in Los Angeles. She is one amazing woman who I look up to very much, My role model. Tyr'as youth was happy and trouble-free. Tyra was constantly teased by her brother and classmates at school, she often ran home crying to her mother for comfort. High school started and her world changed completely. Worked out and finally decided to become a model.

Tyra pursued that goal with the determination that now marks all of her activities, After being turned down by 4 agencies just because they thought her face wasn't "photogenic", but sooner than later she was signed by the Elite agency when she was 17. That's when it really got to me that I can pursue my dream of being a model also.

Sad thing is when I was so close to my dream money came in the picture. My hopes and dreams went down the drain. I had this big fantasy of going around the world and working for big names, for example Ralph Lauren and Chanel. My hero has done a lot of things that I admire. For example she took off her wig and decided to go with her natural hair for a show that she did. That showed me what a real great person she is.

One of my goals is to meet her. Soon Tyra began coming up in the television business by appearing on Will Smith Fresh Prince of Bel-air. Critics were impressed by the intensity she brought to the screen. Her performance was the real deal. After the movie offers began to roll in she chose not to act but decided to continue on being in the modeling ranks, appearing on the covers of several magazines.

Tyra Lynne Banks future looks bright for Big. She stars in two upcoming movies, one of Disney's -Honey Thunder Dunk- also became producing movies. She is one of the richest supermodels in the world. That's also one of the reasons why I look up to her. Rumors started saying Oprah Winfrey is grooming her to take over her show but I personally think Tyra is better no matter what people say. My point is Tyra Lynne Banks is and always will be my number ONE! I HAVE SO MANY GOALS BUT MODELING IS MY NUMBER ONE.
