Takeo Fujisawa~"If you were talking to them, there was absolutely no point in putting on an act or trying to bluff your way out of a problem. You couldn't lie to them. Although they were very different characters, both of them had fantastic insight" A hero to some may be more action oriented, but mine works behind the scenes Takeo Fujisawa. He brings his light attitude and his experiences to make the days of all he works with. I became aware of my hero is when I wanted to work for marketing and Takeo Fujisawa is one of the best because he was there to bring up Honda. I am attracted to his work because I always like numbers so marketing was my first idea and Takeo Fujisawa is one of the best. I, Jared Vera a student at Capistrano Valley High School, pick Takeo Fujisawa as my hero.

According to the Occupational Outlook Handbook website, marketing managers check the budget and the advertising of a business. You may also hire and promote people or check the websites you're working for if they are good to put out. To be a marketer you must have at least a bachelor's degree. In the marketing business you make $128,750 a year. Some businesses that can be related to this occupation are financial and sales managers. In the years 2014-2024 it will grow 9% because Advertising, promotional, and marketing campaigns are going to continue to bring people more jobs in this business.

In Takeo Fujisawa's early life an earthquake happened and destroyed his family business. Takeo failed at multiple jobs before in September 1934 he became part of a steel industry and became one of the top salesmen and got the slogan, "Always tell your clients the truth." After he quit, he started his own business in April 1942 which was to make cutting tools. In 1945 he decided to own pieces of land with lots of trees and made a profit from that after post-war Japan. In 1948 he became acquaintanced with Mr. Honda, so he moved to Tokyo. In 1949 Takeo joined Honda. Takeo is in charge of all the selling in his partnership with Honda.

Takeo Fujisawa may have not donated to charity, but he always was a role model to all of his colleagues. With Honda he said, "He's got what I haven't got." Everyone who worked with Mr. Takeo said he, "Had fantastic insight." They called the partnership with Honda and Takeo, "The right man at the right place".

The first steps that I will take to take the pathway of my hero is to focus on good grades. Then I will go to college and get a major in business and become a marketing manager or a CEO of a company. This may be hard because most business fail, but I will contribute everything to make this goal a reality instead of it being a phantasy. The only thing I will do that Mr. Takeo didn't, is that I will donate to a charity. Overall goal in my life is that I will become a man like Mr. Takeo, and possibly even get better than him.
