Tina Maze

My hero is Tina Maze. She was born 2/5/1983 in Slovenj Gradec, Slovenia. When she was one year old she and her parents moved to Crna na Koroskem. There she was going in the kindergarten and primary school Crna na Koroskem. She learned how to ski when she was three years old. Later she was in the SK Crna na Koroskem ski club. She was also training volleyball and when she was six she learnt how to play the piano. After primary school she went to secondary school in Ravne at the same time she was accepted in the Slovenian international B team. Then she took up her first games in FIS with the numbers 121 and 125 she conquered 1st and 2nd place.

In the year 2008 she created with her trainer Andrea Massi her team named aMaze team. She wasn't anymore in the Slovenia team. In three years her team made very good results. In last season she won 11 races and she won a record number of points-2414.

Tina Maze is my hero because she never gives up. She won the big crystal globe in last season. And because she is the best Slovenian singer. Tina has her song.. Here is the link.
