The reason I chose my dad is because he has all the right qualities of a hero. There are six main reasons why he is my hero. He is inspirational, positive, Mentally strong, tries his best, he is peaceful, and acts like a role model.
My dad is inspirational because he tells me a bunch of stories about his interesting life. My dad cleans the house every day and tries to keep everything organized. He does that every day after he wakes up. He is always doing something nice for us and someday I wish I could do the same for my family. He always has a good attitude and that inspires me to have a good attitude too.

My dad is positive because every time I say something negative he tells me to think positive. He also gives me some examples of what I could do. In my dad’s teenage years he never smoked, drank, or went to parties. Instead he did positive things. He played sports, drew, and just talking about life with his dad.
My dad is mentally strong because he always has a good attitude. You probably think what does a good attitude have to do with anything. But my dad always says attitude is everything. People would always try to put my dad down. Or if he had a dream about something they would say it will never happen but he would never listen to those people.
My dad tries his best just to take overtime for our family so we could get money. This also happens when he knows he is gong to be sick. He always tried to help his parents out when they didn’t have the money. But the number one thing my dad tries his best at is just being a dad. He tries to set a good influence for me and my brothers. He tries to make time for us to just hang out or go somewhere. Two years ago my dad played baseball and worked hard at being the best
My dad is peaceful because everyone at his job for example is always having fights, complaining, and making a scene. My dad tries to avoid those people. As my dad got older he became wiser so he knows what’s right and acceptable and what’s wrong. For example arguing, fighting physically, or anything else not necessary.
My dad is a great role model for me and my brothers. He tries to always make good examples so we could follow them. My dad is really supportive when I run track. He gives me tips on what to do or how to run. He is preparing me for life by making me do all the chores in the house. But before I do anything or go anywhere I have to finish all my chores. The last reason my dad is my role model is that he is wise and smart. To me those are two of the most important qualities a role model should have. The reason my dad is wise is because he went through what I went through or am going to go through. He already knows what to expect in my teen years. My dad is smart because thinks before acting. He also says that someone that says they're smart and brags about it isn’t really smart. That’s where many people mess up. They just don’t think and that’s what gets you in trouble. These are the reasons why my dad's a wonderful role model.
This essay explains why my dad is my hero. These are six reasons why. One he is inspirational, two he is positive, and three he is mentally strong, four he tries his best, five he is peaceful, six he is a great role model. I wrote this essay and the facts that are in it are very important to me. I hope they are important to you too because you could be inspired by things you never even thought about before. At the end of this essay I hope you think about who your true hero is and what makes them your true hero. Also think about what you would write or say about him or her and what people think about them and the knowledge that you know about them. The reason that I am saying this is because that’s what I did and you will be surprised what you come up with in the end.

On January 27 my father Timothy Robert Perez was born. He was 10 and a half pound and almost a still born. But he is a fighter and he fought for his life and I look up to him. My dad was born and raised in the poor part of Chicago. Every day he had to deal with rats, mice, roaches, gangs, bums, drunks and just being in poverty.
In 1987 my dad graduated high school my dad always worked hard in his studies. In 1989 when my dad was 20 yrs old he became a Christian and still is today. In 1992 some time in January my dad met my mom. On July 26 they had a beautiful little girl named Alicia. I was their First child. Then came along Anthony my brother he was born on February 26. Also last but not least my baby brother Justin was born on May 14.
In 1996 my parents got their first house together. Today my family is still together. My dad and the rest of my family live in Romeoville IL. My dad is still the person he was all these yrs - he is a little more peaceful but still the same. Those are the facts about my dad’s life.
