Todor (Tose) Proeski

He was born January 25, 1981 in Prilep, Macedonia. His career began in his 15th year, when he was a music festival Melfest in Skopje. From 1990-2008, he had more than 15 singles and 8 albums. In 2004, he competed in the annual Eurovision representing Macedonia. He played 8 songs, and he came in the 14th overall with the song "Life."

Early in the morning, at 6:20. on October 16, 2007, Tose Proeski was killed in a car accident on the Zagreb-Lipovac at Nova Gradiska. He was 26 years old.

After his death, the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, gave him the title "Honorable citizen of Macedonia" and October 17 was declared a national day of mourning in memory of the legendary singer and songwriter.

Why is Tose Proeski's my hero?
Because of his generosity, kindness, and excellent singing. He inspired me really in all respects.
