Tim Tebow

Tim Tebow is a football player who shows his faith through football. He was born August 14, 1987 and started playing at a young age and ended up playing through out his years up to the pros. He started at the Florida, Gators went to the Denver, Broncos and then was traded to the New York Jets. Tim Tebow is my hero because he sets a good example of perseverance, selflessness, and determination.

Tebow during hard times could persevere through them. In high school he moved and he couldn't find a football team that wanted him, after a couple weeks he found a school who needed a quarterback. When they started up they were an amazing team and ended up going to state and winning.

Tebow is selfless, he cares more about others than himself. During a game at the swamp (their home stadium), Taylor Wyndham gave him a concussion during a game, and Tebow gave him a compliment on the hit at the end of the game. After home games he would often bring kids with special needs on the field during his time on the Broncos.

Tebow has determination and it shows. He was determined to get to the Superbowl. Him and his team played their hardest and got all the way to the playoffs. Unfortunately they lost their first game against the New England Patriots. Not too long afterward he was traded to the New York Jets. I'm pretty sure he will try to work his hardest to be the starting Quarterback.
