My hero is Tim Tebow because he is great on and off the football field. Number fifteen of the Gators is considered one of the best players in college football history if not the best. Tim has helped more people than he has won awards and he has won a lot of awards. Tim is the ultimate hero. He makes the people around him better players, or he might make you feel better. Tim is one of the best heroes in the world.

Tebow is a very inspiring young man for those who know about his accomplishments. He is the first person that was home-schooled and nominated for a Heisman Award. One of Tim's childhood heroes is Evander Holyfield because of his hard work and dedication to get better. Tim is very well-rounded inside the classroom, on the field, and off the field. Tim has always gotten straight As.

In 2008 Tebow helped kids in the Philippines get food and water. This is a great deed, and to put the cherry on top, he did it during spring break instead of being with his friends. Tim is easily one of the most impressive people I have ever heard of.

Tebow has done many astonishing things on the field like winning 2 National Championship Games. Tim has won 15 collegiate awards in his notable career. Tim also wears number 15. Tim has 122 total touch downs. He has 8,196 total yards in his career after last season. He has a 65.8 pass completion percentage, which is like completing 2 out of every three passes. Although Tim's achievements are great, it is his personality and dedication that will get him somewhere.

Tim Tebow is an absolute hero because of his charity work and his performance on the field. He is an inspiration to all football players. I believe he is the best collegiate player that ever stepped on a football field. I conclude that Tim is an amazing overall person, and that makes him my hero.
