February 22nd, 2010 was a very thrilling day for Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir. They became Canada's and North America's first-ever Ice-Dance Champions. In the year of 2001-2002, Tessa and Scott won a bronze medal at the 2002 Canadian National Championships. Also in 2003-2004 they came in 4th place in Croatia, 6th in Slovakia. In 2004, they came in 11th place at the 2004 World Junior Figure Skating Championships. Then finally in 2006, they came in 3rd at the 2006 Canadian Figure Skating Championships. The reason I chose Tessa, is because I was watching the Olympics and I was very impressed with their skating! I thought it was probably the BEST!
