My hero is Tadao Ando. He was born in Osaka, Japan in 1941. When Tadao was a kid he made wooden things, like ships and airplane. He always enjoyed architecture, especially the Japanese architecture he saw where he lived. Tadao has a younger brother named Toshio.

Tadao is a Japanese architect. In 1972 he built the Tomisha house in Osaka, Japan and he was given an Architectural Institute of Japan’s annual award because of these houses. Tadao also built the Church on the Water and the Church of Light. Tadao Ando has been given many awards all over the world. Tadao Ando has also taught at Tokyo University since 1997. In 1992 he designed the Japanese pavilion at the Seville Expo. These are some of Tadao Ando’s accomplishments.

One of the characteristics that Tadao has is organized. When Tadao is traveling around the world he brings his scrapbook so he can be organized with his notes when he travels. Next, he is kind. He is a kind person by fixing things for people. People enjoy going to visit the architectural buildings that he designs. The third characteristic is trustworthy. Tadao is a very trustworthy with his projects and people can trust that he will get the job done right. The last characteristic is loyal. Tadao is loyal to all his family and friends.

Heroes are good people that help other people. Ando is a great man and he is a good person. He is a fantastic hero to me. Ando is a good builder and a great friend. Heroes are people that can help you. I think heroes do good deeds for everyone. Tadao Ando is a good hero to look up to.
