Tupac Amaru Shakur aka 2pac, aka Makaveli was originally born Lesane Parish Crooks. He was born in New York City, USA, on 16th June 1971 to two political activists, and members of the black panther party.

Tupac is my hero because he grew up more poor then anyone and was always helping the bums around New York by giving them a place to live. Tupac was one of the only rappers from the gang Bloods that was allowed in Death Row because he was very respected in the streets. Tupac's music and actions have affected me in my daily life.
