Vincent (Vinny) Castronovo is a dancer from the Iconic Boyz off of season 6 of America's Best Dance Crew (ABCD). There are 6 other boys and they are equally inspiring. Their names were Mickey Fusco, Nick Mara, Jason Smith, Madison Alimia, Thomas Miceli, and Louis DiPippa. Vinny is only 14 but yet so inspiring. Also they got 2nd place in ABCD (should have gotten 1st).

Why is he so inspiring? Because People told him dancing is for girls but he never gave up. In 5th grade his teacher told him to write down what he wanted to be when he was older he said “hip hop dancer” he got made fun of… even his 5th grade teacher brought him down daily and made him feel like he could never accomplish any goals. He soon followed his dreams and started dancing at icon dance complex. There he met a group of boys that danced and got made fun of too. They became the Iconic Boyz, then half of them went to America's best dance crew.

One of the pictures someone had was one of the dances they did (Justin Biber baby) at the end he got carried around the stage on top and this is what he said about this picture.

“I feel like I have already won ABCD, you know how they say a picture can mean a thousand words? This means a million to me. Being on the stage with my boys on national TV doing what I love most: DANCE. This picture is my “who’s laughing now” to the kids that bullied me for years. And laughed in my face when I had to Write down my goals and I said “hip-hop dancer” to my fifth grade teacher who brought me down on a daily basis and made me feel like I was a nobody and I would never amount to anything. This picture is for the days when I sat under a tree at recess all alone for years and wrote down my dreams. This picture makes me feel like I can do anything. Never give up. Never listen to what people say when they doubt you because one day you will show them that you are better than them and all of their hurtful words. GRAND is how I am feeling right now.”

Another inspiring thing is they are the most youngest to ever be on ABCD, inspiring many young people to be on the ABCD. That you are never to dance. Also that you can get far on the show. If you are reading this you should go look them up and you would be amazed at how good and inspiring they are. I don't think you would be disappointed.

People don't only like him because he is hot or because he was on T.V. It is because he never let anybody get in his way he kept going and now look at him. He is inspiring to not only girls but everybody. Some people get made fun of and just stop doing what they were doing just because of what someone said. So always follow your dreams and never give up and don't let anyone get in your way!
