My heroes are Roger Williams and Heidi Williams, but to me they are known as Mom and Dad. My parents, in my eyes, are Godly people. They are both very funny and whatever someone says or does they test it against the Bible and they stand firm in their beliefs. My Mom and Dad have unconditional love for me and no matter what I do they still love me and this is why they are my heroes.
My Dad is a very, very funny and creative guy. My Dad was born in Pocatello, Idaho. He was born to the parents of Afton Williams and Heber Williams. He has four other siblings and he keeps in touch with all of them. My Grandpa Heber died at the age of forty-nine when my dad was only twelve years old, but my dad moved on. My dad played basketball and football all throughout high school. Even though my dad is such a cool guy, he didn’t always fit into the “cool crowd”, although you would never believe this if you met him, it’s true. My dad worked for Jensen Jeweler’s for twenty-five years, (he’s old), and after that he worked for Riddle’s Jewelry for about six years. My dad stays at home now because he has a bad back, neck, shoulder, and bad hips so he is on disability. In 2001 my dad had to have surgery on his neck. He has had more surgeries since then like the ones in 2004. 2004 was a hard year for my whole family because of my dad’s surgeries. He had four surgeries that year and it was hard because we didn’t have enough money to pay for all of them and my dad’s insurance would only pay a certain amount. First my dad had to have surgery on his lower back, which was the worst surgery for him out of all of the other ones. This surgery made it very painful for him to move or do anything. After that surgery he had two surgeries on his neck, these ones were also very painful for him and it made it very hard for him to talk and move. Then, my dad had to have surgery on his hip. This surgery wasn’t as hard for him, but he was still in a lot of pain from this surgery too. For the next four years or so he was still in pain from his surgeries, but then he developed a new problem, his shoulder. He had surgery on his shoulder in December of last year. Now, in 2009, my dad is still hurting from his surgeries and other problems, but he still does everything he can to give me the best childhood anyone could ever have. My dad is now 51 and all of my friends love him but not nearly as much as I do.

My mom is my other hero. My mom was born in Billings, Montana. She was born to the parents of Mary Beth Dallenger and Ron Dallenger. She has a twin sister named Heather and two other sisters named Cindy and Amber. My mom and my Aunt Heather are the oldest of their siblings. My mom’s parents didn’t really have very much money so they couldn’t buy my mom very nice clothes or give her any of the extra stuff that a lot of kids had. My mom was always a tomboy. She told me that when she was younger she would catch snakes. My mom is the most loving and kind person in the world and would do anything for anyone if they needed help. My mom has had a lot of jobs. She is a very successful person because of her kindness and willingness to help others. She works at an auto dealership right now and her boss always gives her bonuses because she is such a good employee. My mom does everything she can to help me have a good life and I would say she is doing a pretty good job. My mom loves me so much, I can’t even explain it. All of my friends love my mom but I love her 50 times more. My mom is 39 years old and doing just fine.
My mom and dad have inspired me to follow God in everything I do and be a very gracious person. They have also inspired me to stop at nothing to succeed at anything I do and to follow my heart and know that if I trust in the Lord and give everything I have to the Lord that I can do anything and succeed.

My parents are the best parents anyone could ever ask for. I love them with all my heart and I know they love me too. To me, my parents are all that and a bag of chips. All of the reasons that I have mentioned in these paragraphs are why I chose my parents as my heroes.
