Ada Lovelace seems like a normal woman who was interested in techknowlegey but she was really undergoing very serious illnesses and still was persisting to help techknowlegey.
"Those who have learned to walk on the threshold of the unknown worlds, by means of what are commonly termed par excellence the exact sciences, may then, with the fair white wings of imagination, hope to soar further into the unexplored amidst which we live."
Ada Lovelace with her father lord byronABC NEWSAda Lovelace was the daughter of lord Bryan, an odd but famous poet but that was only a fraction of what she really was…
Ada Lovelace (1815–1852) is well known as the world’s first computer programmer. She was an English mathematician recognized for her visionary work on Charles Babbage’s early mechanical general-purpose computer, the Analytical Engine. Ada Lovelace is considered a hero of technology because she recognized the true potential of early computing a century before it was realized. In 1843, she published the world's first computer algorithm and envisioned that machines could manipulate not just numbers, but also words and music.
Drexel UniversityCatharine Macfarlane’s work trying to save Ada Lovelace from her illnessesShe influenced the thoughts of most people. Even when she passed at a young age of 36 her legacy went on and her ideas eventually made the first bit of modern technology. Ada Lovelace started off as a curious little girl who was in awe of her father and his work constantly trying to read the poems. Ada Lovelace had very damaging trauma from when she was little, enduring severe childhood illnesses, a traumatic upbringing with an emotionally absent mother. Ada Lovelace impacted the world by blending rigorous mathematics with sweeping, "poetical science". Her perseverance laid the conceptual groundwork for the modern digital age. Ada Lovelace valued the fusion of intuition, imagination, and logic. Often described as a tech visionary, she pioneered interdisciplinary thinking by merging the arts and sciences. Ada Lovelace has amazing perseverance even when she had health problems she still was able to make a footprint in mathematics and science that would change the world and I think we could all say that even though we have struggles it isn’t the end of the world.
