Art Miles Mural Project, international non-profit founded by Joanne Tawfilis, is dedicated to peace, cooperation and harmony. Students, artists, women and men in different countries create murals that promote global cooperation.
The seeds of peace are contained within each of us and especially in the hope of our children and their generation.
The ART MILES MURAL PROJECT is an international collaboration dedicated to peace, and harmony. By bringing together groups of students, artists, women and men in many different countries for the purpose of creating murals that promote global cooperation, ART MILES MURAL PROJECT truly represents the concepts of unity and interconnectedness.
Murals from New York, Tibet, Egypt, Austria, Japan and Senegal will be exhibited side by side in 2010 in a dramatic showing at the site of the Pyramids in Egypt. Artists all over the globe are sharing this vision of creative cooperation. The MY HERO GALLERY salutes the ART MILES MURAL PROJECT and its founder Joanne Tawfilis.
