Barack Obama

Who was your favorite president? Mine was Barack Obama. He was the 44th president of the United States, and he was one of the most beloved presidents, he won the Nobel Peace Prize for his bravery and he created more laws for American success. 

Barack Obama grew up in Hawaii. He had 8 siblings. He went to Columbia university when he was 21. His dad died in a car accident. Barack Obama was the first black president with Joe Biden as his Vice President. Although he faced racism, he still made it to the top of the government. He stood up to racism and sexism. Also in 2009, he won the Nobel Prize. 

Barack Obama has stood up to racism and sexism all his life and during that people have discouraged him attacked during his journey won the Nobel peace prize while it was his first year of being president. He also was brave and heroic with all the speeches he wrote and read them to people all over the world.

in conclusion Barack Obama is my hero because he stands up for human rights and made a lot of laws that helped American freedom, justice and safety.
