I painted Thomas Edison because he is my hero. He helped make the light bulb, and that changed the world. In my painting, he is holding a bright light bulb in his hand to show his big invention. I used warm and happy colors because his idea brought light and hope to people. The brick wall in the background makes it look like he is in his workshop. I think Thomas Edison is amazing because he never gave up and made something that helps us every day.
