Charlie "Chuck" Hunsinger was an inspiration to everyone. He was a football player, teacher, football coach, and a father. Charlie was emotionally and physically and mentally strong because he fought cancer for about a year. After all he has been through, you can't deny that he is a hero.
We think Charlie was caring. One example of how much he cared for all kids, even if they weren't his own, is that before he passed away he requested that instead of giving him flowers all the money should be donated to the Harrisburg Youth Athletics. He cared so much about kids that he wanted them to have more instead of him gaining. That is how Charlie showed his caring ways.
Chuck Hunsinger was a good inspiration to everyone. He loved to play football for the Bears. Not a whole lot of people from southern Illinois get to play football like he did.Charlie had a daughter who was a teacher, and was an inspiration to her. She followed his footsteps to being a teacher. After his football career was over he was announced head coach for the Harrisburg High School football team. We think a lot of people would be interested in being a football coach.
We think Charlie is a supurb hero because he was strong mentaly and physically. For example, he had many children and grandchildren. As you know most people that have children are very strong. A good example for his physical strength was he played football for many years. He had to be strong to put up with the aggressiveness in the game of football. Another example for Charlie being strong was that he battled cancer for a long period of time. Unfortunately, the cancer became stronger than him and he lost his life.
In conclusion Charlie Hunsinger is the man we chose as our hero.He was a hero because he was an inspiration, strong, and a caring person. These are just some of the traits that make him a hero. But we think there are much more. Charlie Hunsinger was a football player, coach, and teacher. He also fought a long battle of cancer. He also spent time with others helping, caring, and sharing his gifts of life.
