Natalie’s most embarrassing moment is trying to open a chip bag quietly in a silent room and getting stares of indignation. She is secretly planning to join the circus as she loves flying in aerial silks, singing, acting, smashing a shuttlecock across the court, and playing the violin. In quiet moments, she writes and performs spoken word poetry, crafts sugar flowers, and likes eating things in the order of least to most liked so she can end with a bang. If all the windows, doors, and closets aren’t shut while she is sleeping, she imagines shadowy invaders approaching. Her favorite day is Sunday as she can worship in church with her friends.  She hopes her hip hop rap, “Viva La Veta,” will let people know that saving the planet might be more fun than they think.
