Frida Kahlo is my hero because she kept staying strong even when she was in the hospital after a terrible accident happened at the age of 18 and she started to paint to express her feelings. Frida drew on her Mexican culture in many of her paintings since she was proud of her Mexican identity. Instead of giving up, she kept painting and now has become one of the world’s well known artists which reflects how much of an inspiring figure she is.
