- Geronimo -I chose Geronimo as my hero simply because he withstood so many odds. He understood that it was his destiny to forgo his abilities as a man to be led by the beckoning of his calling, and his suffering of loss of family and kindred would keep him on that trail.
- Lorenzo Cassa -Native American Artist Lorenzo Cassa was born in Phoenix Arizona and raised on the San Carlos Apache Indian Reservation.
