Jane Goodall

My hero is Jane Goodall. She is an earthkeeper and an animal hero. Her mother was always encouraging her with every single thing she did. For example, her mother encouraged Jane's trip to Africa. When Jane was just a little girl, she fell deeply in love with Tarzan and chimpanzees. She watched the show almost every day. As she grew older, she met Louis Leakey, who gave her the chance to go to Africa and study every living thing there, including the chimpanzees. She took her mother with her. Jane stayed there for almost 10 years and she learned many things. Now others can learn these things too, thanks to Jane's dedication.

For a long time, I have wanted to be a veterinarian, because I love animals so much. They are always a gift to me. I have had ducks, hamsters, rats, and all sorts of animals.
