James Howlett

In the late 1880's a boy named James Howlett was born. He was a frail and sick boy. His allergies didn't let go outside much. His father requested that a 12 year old girl come and play with him. That girl was named Rose. Along with Rose, there was the groundskeeper's son, Dog. Soon Dog grew away from Rose and James. Dog's father was named Thomas Logan, who was an alcoholic and was abusive to Dog. After a few years, Dog got into a fight with James K-9 companion and the Logans got kicked out of the Howlett estate. Thomas and Dog were furious and went back to the estate armed. They took Rose hostage and went to the master bedroom. There the elder Logan tried to pursuade James's mother Elizabeth to come with them. Before they could leave James's dad, John, thomas shot John as Jonh was falling down James saw him at the ground dead.after James mother shunned him he fled to the house.Rose followed to se wat she could do. she found James ouside on the ground and cold. she brought him to the barn to thy towarm him up. Rose brang James to his grandfathers house. he ended giving them cash and told him to never come back.

Rose and James went to British Columbia to see if they can find a place to live in peace. Rose and James met someone named Smitty who was a foreman. Rose then changed James's name to Logan to hide his identity. By the summer Logan was providing for him and Rose. He had trained hard and became a great hunter. Shortly Smitty asked Rose to marry him. Logan was upset for a bit then he realised he did love her. Logan helped Smitty sell tickets for the wedding. Before Rose and Smitty left, Dog showed up requesting to kill Logan and Rose for what he believed what happened while the fight was going on Rose tried to break it up then Logan struck Rose and she died. after that not being to live with people he left and went to the wilderness and lived alone.

it wasn't untill his first encounter with the Hulk as an agent as Canadian Department H, that anyone had herd of him or knew that he was interacting with people again.

Logan posses memories of being a samurai in japan, a mercenary for the Central Intelligence Agency, and as a "wild man" in the canadian willderness. due to the extensive memories implants in logans head he still remembers a memory in world war II him meeting captain America. it is posible that Logans healing powers gives him extended life and the physical condition of a man in his prime despite his age.

After world war II Logan was taken by a group of scientist in the Weapon X facility. the scientist were hired to test adamantium to human bone cells. Logans skeleton was bonded to the adamantium and he was indoctrinated into the Weapon X assassin program. After his encounter with the Hulk he join the Alpha Flight. During his leadership of Alpha Flight Logan was approched by Professor Charles Xavier. who was students, the Xmen, escaped from the island krakoa, Wolverine left the Alpha Flight and join Xavier to rescue the captured Xmen, after Krakoa was defeated, Logan decided to stay with the Xmen, for one reason he had fallen in love with the Xman known as Marvel girl know known as Gean Gray.
