Ahn Hyejin, aka Hwasa, was born on July 23, 1995 in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do, South Korea. Hyejin is a part of the Kpop group MAMAMOO as the lead vocalist and a rapper. She doesn’t quite fit the usual Kpop girl look. A lot of them are very thin, more cutesy, and a lot paler, but Hwasa is tan, she has thick thighs, and she isn’t afraid to be sexy. Her boldness is what truly makes her stand out and the lack of fear she has is truly admirable. Hwasa is definitely trying to change the beauty standards in Asia and through her own personal expression that change is slowly happening.
