Kellin Quinn

Kellin Quinn Bostwick is a male rock singer for the band Sleeping With Sirens. I have chosen him as my hero because of multiple reasons. The first time I stumbled across his music was when I was going through very tough mental times. As time went on my mother soon died and that was when I fully turned to music. Mainly his and his band’s music. Me listening to Sleeping With Sirens was when my love for music first started to grow. The reason why is because of the lyrics. The first song I heard by them was “Strays”. I love what it stood for and the meaningful lyrics. Then the next song I heard was “Better off dead”. Which states that there is this girl who feels ugly,worthless, and all she wants to do is die. Kellin said in a interview that he loves the song because he feels like a lot of bands have implied that a song is about suicide but have never been as clear as their song. Basically if it wasn’t for Kellin I would not be here. Music is a huge factor in my life and if I hadn’t heard his music then I never would of stumbled upon to many other great bands who also helped me.
