Mel Gibson

Mel Gibson is the hero of my choice. He is an actor, director, and a producer of all kinds of movies. He was born in Peekskill New York on January 3rd nineteen fifty-six. Then when he was about twelve years old he and his family went off the Australia so that his sons would not be drafted into Vietnam. He wanted to be a journalist but then he ended up attending a drama school. At first he was scared of the stage but then he began to love it and made his first debuted in nineteen seventy-six. Since then he has produced and acted in about forty movies which he is well known for. One of his most important roles was in the movie series Lethal Weapon.

In this time in history a hero should be someone strong and had lots of courage and shows this by helping people. Someone who cares more about the people around him rather them being number one is a hero. Heroes are people that you can look up to and value from for the actions that they do, they always know what is right and wrong and they don’t try to pressure you into things. They help people out by showing them that they should be themselves and not always pay attention to the people around you.

Mel Gibson contributes to society by being there for everyone; he is nice to all the people that he has encountered, he does not think he is the best and should be treated like one. This is a contribution to the people because when he is on film he is an easy person to work with and helps people out just as well. He likes to help children who are poor which is a huge contribution. He was once making part of a film in a small poor town. Once he was done he had a plan to put a park in this small town and he did so by surprise with his own money. These are some of the things that I believe show how nice and caring he is.

Mel Gibson represents courage and strength. Being in the movie business is not an easy job, and he has been in it a while now and he has shown how strong he can be. Most if not all of his films do really well in the box-office and I think this shows how much of a reliable and a good worker he is. Another value that might be that he has been married for more then twenty years, this shows that he is committed to what he does and sticks with it. Having a wife in the entertainment world for this long is very uncommon but he was able to do this.

Mel Gibson impressed me by being who he is a doing what he does. He is kind to the people he meets and is around. He is devoted to his work and does a very good job at what he does. He spends a lot of time working on his movies and it shows. He contributes to the people who do not this great life that he lives and I am impressed that helps them out because a lot of people in this industry do not. In general when you have a lot of money you began to start to feel selfish and you do not want to give any of it away. He is not like this and that is one of the greatest things he does. By doing all of this it shows what a good person he is to everyone and has the courage to accomplish things.
