My dad was born in 1963 in Minnesota. He is very tough because he played hockey. When he was a kid he broke his nose twice. He was not a baseball player but he played a lot of sports as a kid. He played soccer in high school and played softball after college. The way I think he is a hero is by the way he inspires me. Like this year I did not want to play baseball but he told me I should. I did not want to play baseball because I thought it wouldn’t be fun. Now I’m the youngest player on my team and I have 2 home runs.. I also play soccer. Because I love to play soccer so he does not have to make me. He’s very nice to me because he pays for all my soccer and hotels when I travel. He also buys me new pairs of $70 soccer shoes.
