Alexander Hamilton

Alexander Hamilton played a big role in the Revolutionary War and was one of the founding fathers of the United States.

Alexander Hamilton grew up in the British West Indies, and after his mother died, he moved in with his cousin, who later committed suicide. He worked for a trading company in St.Croix. Then, in 1776, he joined the Continental Army and began to fight.

Eventually, he became George Washington’s aide-de-camp, gaining valuable experience and insight into military affairs.

Later, he became one of the founding fathers of the United States. Later in his life, he founded the Bank of New York.

He died in 1804 in a duel with his rival, Aaron Burr. 

Alexander Hamilton helped lead the colonies to freedom by doing things such as serving as a Continental Army officer and leading troops in battles. 

Certain traits that Alexander Hamilton had were bravery, maturity, and kindness.

I look up to this person because of his bravery and integrity.
