Jesus was born in Nazareth, Israel. People say he was born on December 25th but that is false, he was in born summer actually. The reason people believe he was born then is because when Christianity was spreading to Europe most of them were Paganism, and so they moved it to the 25th to make the transitions easier for everyone else. His childhood was spent in Jerusalem and Bethlehem a lot. Some of the time was spent studying with his step father Joseph. Also, he had Step Brothers and sisters so a lot of it was a regular childhood. He didn't go to school, they didn't have schools but his step father Joseph was a carpenter.

Since his father was a carpenter he studied how to become a carpenter. When you were a kid during that time period you didn't have a choice on what you did when you were older, you took over your father's business. He was a Carpenter until age 30. Until he heard about a man named John the Baptist. John was preaching about The Messiah and to prepare for his coming. Jesus heard about this and left his business and let to go hear this man and his message. Jesus arrived and was baptized. When Jesus arose out of the water a voice spoke from heaven saying "This is my son." People say this was the voice of God. There he began his second profession claiming to be the son of God.

He spoke about salvation and how to follow his way into entering heaven. Basically saying he was the only way into heaven and the only way to join God was through believing in Jesus. People believed this and were asking how to follow and become better Jews this is what he told them "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. Teach them all I have commanded you. Behold I am with you always to the very end of the age."(English Standard Version, Matthew 28:18-20) When he was going around preaching he did several things. He raised a man named Lazareth from the dead, now he has been dead for almost four days and was decaying now. The reason he waited that long is because in the Jewish faith it takes three days for your body to fully die, they believe, and then our spirits ascend into heaven or hell. So Jesus with his 12 disciples and Mary walked into the tomb and when they walked out Lazareth walked out with them, fully alive and not decayed. Also he was preaching one time in a man's house and a paralyzed man came down from the roof for four of his friends dug a hole in this man's roof. Jesus told him your sins are forgiven, The Pharisees were enraged at this they were yelling and trying to say he can't heal people at all! Jesus then "Stand up, Pick up your mat and walk!" The man stood up and walked for the first time in his life with no help physical from anyone (English Standard Version, John 5:8.)

In today's society many people accept his teaching and believe in them. Paul the Apostle created a religion after Jesus ascended into heaven it is called by modern folk Christianity. This religion is supposed to preach about Jesus and his teachings and his commandments. They also talk about the fruits of the spirit. One for example is peace, Believers are supposed to be peaceful and not harm one another by words or any violent actions. Also they are supposed to help the lame and poor by showing love and affection towards them. Also another contribution after his death his preaching's give hope still today on a better sinless life after we have died with him.

He has impacted my life dramatically. When I was in the seventh grade I accepted him as my savior during youth group. Little did I know that my whole life would take a complete change. I have become a better person by giving more. Also, I have helped with the special needed at church and by giving money during the offering. Another is I have become a leader in the youth group by reaching out and having one on one conversations with everyone and by having authoritative qualities and traits. I have also leaded other friends to Jesus Christ. But most importantly is when he died on a cross for each and every person and all of our sins. That is how he made the biggest contribution to me and all of society.
