Pee Wee Gaskins

Well, these days, the quote "hero" are to be found anywhere in the world, some are considered heroes by helping other people, or doing something great, and other heroic stuff. Well, that's the typical description of an everyday, old and boring hero for me. My kind of hero comes from my own room, i have listened to them everyday and shared my feelings with their songs. They might not be as globally touching as Beethoven, but here goes my hero : PEE WEE GASKINS..!!

I won't be surprised if you asked, "what is PEE WEE GASKINS..?", because it was an independent project, made by Dochi Sadega, a professional guitar player who once dreamed of making a famous band, and then he recorded some of his songs acoustically and then when other people listened to it, they actually enjoyed it..!, so that's when Dochi, Sansan, Omo, Aldykumis, and Eye created a band named PEE WEE GASKINS, who turned famous overnight with their album : Soundtrack & Stories From Our Highschool Years.

Hit Songs like Dorks Never say die, Here up on the attic, you throw the party we get the girls and Tatiana, Landed Jakarta on Storm, their official fan base that was called the "PARTY DORKS" was soon born out of their crazily fanatic fans. They became the King of PENSI (pentas seni) in Jakarta shortly after that, beating the upstairs, goodnight electric, and many other bands, this was a very high achievement from a band who was only formed on 2007, in an independent way..!

If you're asking about "why do they name it PEE WEE GASKINS..?", the answer is simple, it was the name of a Serial Killer whose killed more than a 100 people in Southern Carolina. His actual name was Donald Henry Gaskins, but many people nicknamed him PEE WEE because of his small body, but people became afraid of him when he killed a very powerful man when he was in jail, so many people feared him because of that, and he died in an electric chair after a death sentence to him.

Well that's a short story about the name of the band, as in the band, they are now independently moving vastly across Indonesia. They became more and more famous each day. Nowadays, so many famous apparel products are sponsoring them, such as : Macbeth, Wrangler, Afends, Bunk, Gazelle, Fender, Art is the cure and so on. They are currently making an album called "THE SOPHOMORE", and it's going to be released in the 6th of February, so don't miss it, because they're gonna rock your world.
