Gen. Stubbobine's biography states, "Bert is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy (West Point, class of 52) who enjoyed a distinguished 32 year career in the U.S. Army during which he commanded soldiers at every level. After his retirement he served as the VP for Intelligence Systems with BDM, a major defense contractor. He has taken this set of experiences and become involved in leading-edge medical research and development in collaboration with his wife Rima E. Laibow, M.D."

His message to the participants at the "End the Fed" rallies that took place throughout the United States on November 22, 2008 was: “War is bad for your health. Unstable money systems are the tool of those who generate wars for their own financial health. Health freedom implies the freedom to live free from the threat of engineered wars to enrich the few and kill and subjugate the many. It also implies the right to earn enough real money to support the health and well being of your body, your family, your community and your world.”

Gen. Bert is the President of the Natural Solutions Foundation and its primary strategic planner. He is currently working with a group of committed natural solutions seekers to develop an Eco Community demonstration project in the beautiful, bountiful, temperate highlands of Panama, as part of the Foundation's International Decade of Nutrition. In my interactions with the General, I have found Bert to be one of the most committed advocates of Freedom, including Health Freedom, and a return to our Constitutional Republic. He is an incisive thinker and brilliant strategist. The peoples of the world are lucky to have him on their side!
